Lot 2 Roving Lights

Bay colt 23/12/05

Roving Lights is a fascinating individual. He is a beautiful ?typey? colt ? very correct conformation and an impressive mover.

His sire, Regardez Moi, has just moved into Grand Prix and is giving off all the signs of becoming part of Australian history as we, Australia, strive to take on the rest of the world.

Roving Lights is out of the legendary Pashris. This mare is also the dam of Sydney Lights (sensational eventer sold to the Chinese eventing team for the Beijing Olympics) and Mr Shirvington (sold to David Middleton as a 3yo in the 2004 Auction of the Stars for $34,000 and today considered one of Australia?s most promising two-star eventers, a strong chance for Beijing).

Strike a Light, also from Pashris, is a beautiful 4yo mare being ridden by Heath Ryan and winning convincingly in the lower grades. And finally River Lights was sold as a foal last year at Auction of the Stars for $21,000 to Australian Olympic rider Olivia Bunn.

Well, ladies and gentlemen, here is Roving Lights, just who out there is going to step up this year and claim this prize?
