Jolimont is a spectacular individual with a great walk, a bendy trot and a super canter.
His mother has produced many high-priced foals through previous auctions. Last year?s foal, Riverina, brought $20,000 at the Auction of the Future Stars in Lochinvar in April.
Lucilla is by Ludendorf and is a full sister to stallion Stirling Liberty who was a World Cup showjumper with Australian Olympic rider Gavin Chester.
Liberty was also the sire of Snowy River Blackwood, who with Di Jenkyn has been one of Australia?s top Grand Prix dressage combinations.
Snowy River Redwood (Jackie Hill), also by Liberty, has just begun a promising Grand Prix career. Lucilla is also a full sister to Stirling Luther, FEI dressage with Dirk Dijksta.
Jolimont is bred to go to the top.
The missing ingredient now is just a rider who has a wonderful dream.
