Anastasia is an impressive mare with amazing poise and self confidence. ACE registered as a top mare, she is a beautiful breeder by the German stallion Anamour, licensed and performance tested before being imported to New Zealand.
A typical Anamour is described at the German stallion testing as being “really uphill going, so that they can become good riding horses”.
Anastasia is a half-sister to Qld champion stallion Leadburn Rotstein, out of the top-producing broodmare Fourwinds Marianne. Through Marianne, Anastasia carries Daktylus, Monopol and a triple cross of Falkland blood.
Falkland is the imported sire of Grand Prix stallion Falkland II (sire of Sue Hearn’s Grand Prix horse Duntroon) and of Falkland Victory, sire of numerous top dressage horses across Australia carrying the well-known “Northern” prefix.
Anastasia is a proven broodmare having already produced a beautiful Don Frederico colt and was also under saddle.
