Lot 2 - Byalee Mirage
Bay colt 30/10/06
Search for a sweet-natured colt that moves with professional paces and you need look no further! “Rajah” survived the odds to maintain perfect health despite his mother’s near death from birthing complications and as a result is the friendliest chap ever!
But more than that, Rajah has one of the greatest Grand Prix pedigrees! By Grand Prix stallion Richmeed Medallion, he is out of one of the Powles’ beautifully bred Northern mares, herself an elementary competition horse before being acquired by Byalee.
In terms of performance: Richmeed Medallion was the sire of no less than 10 horses at the Australian National Dressage Championships 2006, plus himself!
His first Grand Prix son, Byalee Magic, is already scoring more than 60% in his debut outings winning at national Grand Prix level.
Medallion’s FEI son Gracefield Fabian recently sold for $99,000. His broodmares consistently produce the top-priced foals at our AOS sales.
On the mare line, Northern Oasis is by Falkland Victory, out of a Monopol mare and sired by Falkland, who is the sire of Sue Hearn’s Grand Prix ride Duntroon as well as the popular Grand Prix stallion Falkland II.
If you are looking for maximum results under saddle for minimum fuss, this is for you!
